The founder of Dare (Development Advice & Resources) in 2016, truly convinced that she could bring value to many people and companies by doing what she does best: discovering potential in people and helping them work towards achieving their goals. Working with people from around the world (conducting HR and management workshops in Asia since 2015 and being a business and HR teacher at Link Academy, HR School, and Ilbah Workshops in Bucharest) is amazing, so she aims to offer excellence in everything she does: recruitment, organizational design and development, training, assessment centers, coaching, mentoring, HR consulting.
She also writes for various online publications, is a certified trainer and evaluator, and partners with two companies whose tools she uses in organizational design and development processes, recruitment, assessment centers, etc. She works with teenagers in counseling and career guidance programs, as well as with adults eager to find their personal and professional meaning. She also coordinates the Career Counseling and Guidance Center at the Romanian-American University.
She greatly enjoys each day of her life, fully supported by her family, and believes that her mission is to do good, contribute to positive changes in people’s lives, and bring the “human” back into “human resources.” She encourages performance and believes in the benefits of change, even if it requires effort. She is a promoter of human rights, tolerance, and acceptance of diversity.
