Doina Costache currently serves as the Regional Director for Google in Central & Eastern Europe, where she oversees Advertising Products, Privacy Solutions and Platform Partnerships. In her current capacity, she leads a regional team of digital experts, with a clear mission to drive growth for businesses, communities, and Googlers by implementing and scaling cutting-edge AI-driven products, solutions and strategies.
With over 12 years of experience at Google, Doina has held various roles spanning sales, marketing, finance and operations, with responsibilities covering EMEA, APAC, and global initiatives prior to her present role.
Before joining Google, Doina spent a decade in the Telco and Banking sector, focusing on business development, product development, and go-to-market strategy. Her academic background includes a BSc in Political Science from UniBuc, an MBA from the University of Wales, and certifications from Duke CE Business Academy, Wharton Marketing Academy, and the Singularity University Executive Program.
Doina recently relocated from Singapore where she spent the last decade back to Romania with her husband and son to be closer to her parents. She openly admits to an intense obsession for both coffee and shoes.
