Roxana’s coaching is enriched by her 20 years’ tenure in top leadership positions at companies like Microsoft and Nokia. In her last role, as People Experience Director, Central East Europe at Microsoft, she focused on enhancing 5,500+ people experience across 25 countries. In addition, her 8 years of studying and working in Norway, Canada, and Austria, are bringing diverse insights to her practice.
Academically, Roxana holds two bachelor degrees in Economics and Sociology from Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and a master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Psychology from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo, Norway. She is also known for being a team builder, learner, achiever, and strategic thinker.
