Andreea leads a multi-skilled CX team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, streamlining processes, and fostering brand loyalty. With a background in Market Research and Marketing Strategy, she is passionate about combining data-driven insights with a human-centric approach for personalized, memorable, and meaningful experiences as well as customer-centric business transformation.

 

Focused on continuous professional and personal development, she is a Chartered Marketer and a Certified Customer Experience Professional, learning from and contributing to local and global communities whose goal is to increase the level of CX Maturity, through understanding customer needs, surpassing expectations and delivering outstanding services.

 

Between being a WSET Level 2 qualified wine enthusiast and a trained facilitator of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and materials, Andreea equally enjoys exploring the impact of different ‘terroirs’ and organizational culture elements in grapes as well as teams.
